How it works

A simple process, worked through with you

  1. Understand the space

    We look at the area, what isn't working, what you want to achieve and any practical constraints.

  2. Declutter

    We work through the contents together and decide what stays, goes, is donated, sold, recycled or disposed of. You make the decisions.

  3. Sort & categorise

    Items are grouped into meaningful categories so the space is easier to understand and manage.

  4. Organise

    We create practical homes for the items you keep, using your existing space as efficiently as possible.

  5. Create simple systems

    Where it helps, we add zones, containers, dividers or labels. Nothing fancy unless it earns its place.

  6. Handover

    You get a space you can understand, use and keep up after we've finished.

No judgement, ever. Decluttering can feel emotional and overwhelming. Our job is to help, and we treat your belongings, decisions and home with care and respect.

About OrganizeMe

Meet Cecile: practical, personal and hands-on

OrganizeMe was established in March 2024 by Cecile Naudé to help people deal with the everyday reality of clutter and disorganisation. It has grown from hands-on home organising and decluttering into support before, during and after a move, as well as help with specific problem areas around the home.

The goal is not to make a room look neat for a photograph, but to create spaces that make sense for the people who use them.
